Jeffrey D. Anderson

Jeff Anderson is the real deal. A former Big Law Litigation Partner and a battle-hardened trial attorney with an exceptional track recordin personal injury, investment and securities fraud, and business litigation.
After graduating with honors from Texas A&M University, he earned a full scholarship to Texas Tech University School of Law, where he ranked in the top 8% of his class and graduated summa cum laude.
Jeff advanced rapidly at Holland & Knight, one of the nation’s largest corporate law firms (Am Law 25) making partner at the remarkably young age of 32. During his tenure, he served on the firm’s Innovation Committee, helping lead the adoption of advanced technology, including AI and machine learning tools, to transform legal practice.
He has successfully tried cases to verdict in Texas courts and arbitrations and has secured millions in settlements and verdicts. His experience spans catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death cases, investment fraud, complex commercial disputes.
Jeff has appeared before more than 30 federal judges across each of the four federal districts in Texas.
Since founding JDA Trials LLC, Jeff has been entrusted with litigation case referrals from Big Law attorneys, fellow lawyers, and even a Texas District Court Judge, a testament to his courtroom skill and client first approach.
A former Chair of the Houston Bar Association’s Securities, Litigation & Arbitration Section, Jeff remains deeply committed to community service, having served as a member of the HBA’s Special Olympics committee, provided pro bono representation to U.S. military members through the ABA Military Pro Bono Project, through his efforts with other local pro bono legal aid organizations.
